Materials
Our carefully selected materials for cavarena provide a comfortable atmosphere and therefore support the relaxed training of your horse. The framework includes anodized aluminum, the connectors like eave connector and ridge connector respectively base plates and purlins includes galvanized steel parts.

The highly durable PVC roof covers are made of PVC coated polyester textile. This kind of covering has been used for many years at biogas plants.

The mesh covers of the windows are fitted directly into the framework and form a very tight connection between the frame and the cover to avoid any disruptive noises.

Anchoring and engineering standards – health and safety in advance

cavarena is designed and manufactured to permanent building codes. Therefore the lunging hall could be installed at wind and snow load 1 – 2 for inland modes. If your site requires us to install a lunging hall in regions with a higher requirement for wind and snow load, do not hesitate to use our experience we will provide the perfect solution.

Anchoring can be carried out either with steel ground plates with stakes without any requirement for foundations or with special heavy duty dowels when used with a concrete ring foundation.

Our tip: If agreed to by your building authority, anchoring with ground plates and stakes would be the favored solution. It saves a lot of work and money and is just as stable and safe as the other options.

To have a well-organized riding business, more than the basic construction of the lunging hall is required.

We are able to supply wooden or plastic ring fencing, which is directly connected with the frame work to guarantee the highest level of stability. The ring fence could also be mounted partly free standing to provide space for grandstands or a storage room.

Integrated lighting systems can be supplied and installed. Our integrated lighting system is suitable and licensed for outdoor use.

The rain gutter is of a hot dipped galvanized design and is often a stipulated requirement from building authorities. Our tip: Collecting the rainwater in a tank to irrigate the hall saves money and takes care of our environment.

Delivery and installation is fast and uncomplicated

Foreman installation means: You will provide the staff for the whole installation period, installation equipment such as forklift etc. The foreman provided by us will lead the team and offer full instruction.
Full-service installation means: We will take care of everything, organize forklifts, hotel costs for the crew and will hand over the hall ready for use in the agreed time period.
